2022 KBF Trail Series returns to Lake Murray

The Realtree Fishing KBF TRAIL Series presented by DEE ZEE continues on February 26th - 27th on South Carolina’s scenic Lake Murray. Hosted by the Columbia, South Carolina Visitor’s Bureau, the 2022 KBF TRAIL Series also expands to include a simultaneous Pro Series event.

KBF competition adopts a Catch-Photo-Release format. Anglers earn points towards:

  • Farwide KBF Angler of the Year
  • KBF Rookie of the Year presented by Rogue Fishing

Additional opportunities include

  • 2022 KBF Trail Series Championship Qualification
  • Optional KBF Challenge Series presented by FishUSA in the host state
  • 2022 Kayak Bass Fishing National Championship Qualification

Previously in 2021, West Virginia’s Rick Garavaglia won a dramatic tie-breaker in the Saturday event on Lake Murray, while reigning Farwide KBF Angler of the Year Cody Milton won on Sunday.
