iCast 2022: Rugged Road Cooler Series

Rugged Road has a line up of lighter coolers that will actually float when fully loaded which could come in clutch after flipping your kayak. The coolers sport marine grade stainless steel hardware. Rugged Road's patented manufacturing process is paving the road for a new wave of cooler technology. The high density foam core is coated with Rigorite, a proprietary spray that was developed primary for military applications.

The Rugged Road 45 is less than half the weight of the competition with similar extreme ice retention capabilities.

Rugged Road 65

The Rugged Road 65 V2 is the upgraded version of their flagship product, the Rugged Road 65. It is an ultralight high performance cooler with extreme ice retention. Using feedback from V1, Rugged Road was able to make a few key adjustments to the durometer and design of the cooler, such as adding a gasket and formulating a new type of coating to put on the bottom of the cooler.
